Why he XLed: Logue developed the, "Laughlin for the Long Haul" pamphlet for the wing commander in less than 48 hours, allowing Laughlin leadership the opportunity to give distinguished visitors the most updated product. As booster club president, he collected $300 for a fire-devastated family and raised $300 for Pathways helping 20 orphans. He executed a scoring model overhaul, reviewing 141 projects, totaling $61 million. Logue also created project to install 1,800 light emitting diodes around base, which will reduce energy usage 70 percent, saving $92,000 a year at no up-front cost, a first for the Department of Defense.
