Unit and job title: 47th Logistics Readiness Flight logistics planner

Why he XLed: Mingle led the wing commander’s Air and Space Expeditionary Forces reporting tool program, posturing 270 unit type codes with 100 percent readiness reporting for three years consecutively as the wing’s only log planner. He analyzed 52 time-phased force deployment data orders, deploying 26 combat Airmen to five different locations with zero discrepancies. Mingle chaired the base support plan working group, identifying more than 5,000 edits. As the top reporting individual in Air Education and Training Command with 114 host-tenant support agreements, Mingle executed the leading Installation Deployment Readiness Center plans and programs operations. Lastly, Mingle oversaw the base’s largest wartime requirement, reviewing the deployment worst-case plan for 199 passengers and 13 tons of cargo, ensuring the wing is combat ready and in the fight.
