U.S. Air Force retired Lt. Col. Barry Bridger, former Prisoner of War, paid a visit to Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, Oct. 23, 2019, to talk about his time as a POW. Bridger mentioned communication, laughter and prayer were some of the key factors that pulled him, and many of his brothers-in-arms, through their 2,232-day imprisonment at Hanoi Hilton.
