Why he XLed: He designed and implemented a bi-weekly professional development seminar program. He personally prepares topics and briefers for each meeting. He developed a flawless on-time tracker for the Federal Aviation Administration's Class-II physical mandates. Reviewed and verified 569 Air Traffic Control checklists and was appointed by the chief controller to work with and help a difficult trainee.

Greatest accomplishment: Becoming a certified radar approach and control, air traffic controller, in the Air Force's busiest RAPCON.

Hobbies: Playing beach and indoor volleyball, running and swimming

Bad habit: Drinking too much soda

Favorite movies: Pushing Tin and Ground Control

If you could spend one hour with any person, who would it be and why: Reid Priddy, a USA National Men's Volleyball Olympic player, he is one of my favorite volleyball players and I would like to know how he got to where he is now as an Olympic gold medalist.

Job title and unit: 47th Medical Operations Squadron public health technician

Why she XLed: She exhibits outstanding performance in professional and community service and was a nominee for the Tuskegee Airman Award. She overhauled the Post Deployment Health Reassessment process by instituting monthly unit deployment manager briefings, which helped raise the response rate to 94 percent. Organized the redeployment process for 36 security forces members within one hour, which saved 18 hours in re-integration time and is a member of the base honor guard.

If you could spend one hour with any person, who would it be and why: My sister because I strive to be a role model for her and even though she is seven years younger than me, I always learn something from her.
