Why he XLed: Gutierrez has provided direct oversight of the 47th MXD local manufacture program which processes about 250 requests annually for more than 700 items. He also manages the scheduling and receiving of more than $12,000 in customer requests for parts critical to the maintainer's mission. He's been instrumental in minimizing parts shortages which has helped ensure the T-38 division has the assets needed to repair the aircrafts and his overall work has minimized aircraft down time.
