As of July 13, the Right Start and Introductory Orientations will be combined into one full day of briefings for all new personnel at Laughlin.

The new orientation will be held at 7:15 a.m. the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at Club XL.

"We made the changes to streamline in-processing and save the valuable time of all our orientation attendees and presenters. Before the change, a lot of the same information was covered in both of the briefings," said David Sullins, Airman & Family Readiness Center director.

People needing to attend the orientation will sign up through the military personnel flight customer service office during their in-processing.

"The new orientation set up really boosts productivity as it is a one stop shop to meet the Wing Commander and Command Chief, turn in paperwork, and receive the mandatory briefings required by the Air Force," said Sullins.
