47th Medical Group Pediatrics Clinic Conducts Physicals

LAUGHLIN AIRFORCE BASE, Texas -- July 26 the 47th Medical Group Pediatrics Clinic will conduct school, sports and camp physical examinations.

Children and adolescents 4 to18 years of age enrolled in the Pediatrics Clinic are eligible.

All children and adolescents must bring all forms they are required to have by the school or program they will be attending, immunization records and dependent Identification Card. Patient must be accompanied by parent or guardian to the appointment as well.

The 47th MDG Pediatrics Clinic will conduct routine physical examinations only. If there are other medical issues, a separate appointment will be required.
