Unit and job title: 47th Communications Squadron NCO in Charge of quality assurance 

Why he XLed: Staff Sgt. LeMaster led the network security analysis and training inspection mitigation team and oversaw corrective actions; leading to the closure of 104 out of 130 open write-ups. While overseeing the squadron training program, he restructured the work center master task list; leading to a 100-percent Career Development Course pass-rate. He revalidated the Management Internal Control Toolset Program by giving a briefing on the unit's progress for the Command Cyber Readiness Inspection; helping to prepare the unit for an upcoming inspection. He organized the monthly training day and scheduled guest briefers. As an Air Force ambassador and lead Honor Guard trainer, LeMaster led seven Honor Guard members during a veteran's funeral.
