LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Unit and job title: 47th Force Support Squadron career development journeyman

Why she XLed: Hill out-processed 80 members, clarified out-processing procedures, and averted reporting delays with zero category-one discrepancies. She provided oversight of the Formal Training Program and processed 50 orders with a 90 percent on time rate. While she was a First Term Airman Course speaker, she mentored 16 members on personal programs, career opportunities and benefits helping ensure Airmen are ready to make career decisions. She cemented training funds for 21 Airmen and worked with 25 MAJCOM/Wing resource advisors to secure $4,000 for warfighter readiness. Lastly, Hill coordinated with TDY-to School on fund issues. This reduced processing to five days and led to 35 orders getting processed on-time with zero billets being lost.
