LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Unit and job title: 47th Communications Squadron Cyber Operations flight chief

Why she XLed: Ingle aced a no-notice network inspection and received the best grade since the inception of network security analysis and training. She drove the completion of 54 percent of computer asset refresh, upgraded 407 of 760 personal computers, and issued 17 iPhones to date for wing and squadron leadership. She closed 56 non-secure internet protocol routers, opened 10 secure internet protocol routers, processed 39 time compliance network orders, operated 139 virtual enterprise service desks with 60 percent available personnel and had a 99.9 percent network up-time. She also completed 2015 Land Mobile Radio frequency reviews identifying four unused frequency's for deletion, saving the Air Force $1,000 per year. Lastly, Ingle finished 82 of 85 building printer migrations, helping to eliminate the communications squadron critical network threat.
