Why he XLed:  Williams oversaw wing assignments, reviewing 85 permanent change of station orders, quality checking required documents, bolstering on-time departures by 82 percent. He led the re-enlistment program, briefing 43 Airmen on the benefits of re-enlistment and executed contracts, securing 25 of them to continue the Air Force mission. Williams was also a physical training leader, who attended a 10-hour training class and earned his CPR certification, promoting fitness culture with a 100 percent unit pass rate. Williams also was a point of contact for the African-American Heritage Motown night and devoted 18 hours to the youth soccer league.
