LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Job title and unit: 47th Force Support Squadron, NCO in-charge of Human Resource systems

Why she XLed: Donlan executed a wing data analysis where she authored Community College of the Air Force and Professional Military Education reports in support of the wing's leadership. She also led Transaction Registers and Management Assessment Products meetings and oversaw four sections that she made personnel corrections to, which cut errors back 60 percent. She is also a Casualty Augmentation Support Team member, and attended a two hour training on reporting casualties.
