LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Job title and unit: 47th Force Support Squadron, Force Management apprentice

Why she XLed: Houston identified manning discrepancies and corrected 50 personnel in flying status positions. Her work helped to avert payment losses. She tracked the wing's evaluations and decorations, processed 44 enlisted performance reports and officer performance reports, updated 13 citations, and confirmed reports in the Personnel Records Display Application, and ensured zero were missing. She also achieved four hours of personnel support for contingency operations cross-flow training while completing tasks toward her Air Force specialty code's 5-level.
