LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Job title and unit: 47th Contracting Flight, contract specialist

Why he XLed: Rohloff executed a $4.5 million sealant contract and negotiated work schedules to repair 120,000 square feet of runway. He resolved a $150,000 hangar re-piping contract, that helped to deliver potable water to more than 80 maintainers. He also led a wing command visit where he escorted the wing commander and Command Chief Master Sergeant to a runway project and provided site survey training.
