Why he XLed: Busch leads Laughlin’s Petroleum, Oils, Lubricants (POL) and oversees a $2 million re-fueling fleet that issued 836,000 gallons of fuel to more than 3,400 aircraft. He was the project manager for the Air Force Civil Engineer Center fuels system infrastructure upgrades valued at $1 million. Busch also drove the overhaul of Laughlin’s fuel infrastructure and consulted a $3.5 million storage and distribution contract.
