Why she XLed: Britton led a $51.7 million roof repair project for 32 facilities damaged from a recent hail storm. Britton also managed the fire department’s alarm system repair and the chapel renovation projects, valuing at $491,000. She reviewed 10 contractors’ payrolls, found 12 discrepancies and mitigated Department of Labor violations. She quality checked the water isolation relief valves project, while leading a site survey and developing government cost objective, saving $25,000. Lastly, Britton is the Airman Dorm Council president and designed the wing’s POW/MIA event poster.
