New 86th Flying Training Squadron Heritage Tails
Humberto Figueroa, 47th Flying Training Wing aircraft maintainer, traces the art of the new heritage tail of the 86th Flying Training Squadron at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, on August 13, 2021. The paint scheme of the aircraft reaches back to the Douglas B-18 “Bolo” of World War II and honors the Airmen who served aboard, the nose of the aircraft is also inscribed with Capt.
