LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – An Airman washes his hands here Feb. 9 using the newly updated faucets. Laughlin’s 47th Civil Engineer Squadron initiated a project to change faucets and light bulbs to reduce energy and water consumption. The project is estimated to save $75,000 annually.
