LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Airman 1st Class Amy Manibusan, 47th Flying Training Wing Command Section knowledge operator, gets senior airman stripes tacked on after finding out she was selected through the Senior Airman Below the Zone program Dec. 9 here. The early promotion program allows Airmen 1st class to compete for early advancement to senior Airmen if they meet the minimum eligibility criteria.
