Finance, contracting join forces for you

First Lt. Anthony Schelstrate, 332nd Expeditionary Contracting Squadron contracting officer, and Master Sgt. Julianna Gibson, 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing Financial Management disbursing agent, make a payment and sign contracts with a local vendor at an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia Nov. 14, 2011.
