LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas - There was a rumor at Laughlin Tuesday morning that the base was employing storm troopers to work the gates. However, it was merely a Halloween morale visit by Chief Master Sgt. Michael Ogden, 47th Mission Support Group superintendent, with his boss Col. Angela Cadwell, 47th MSG commander.
