LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Tomas Fuentes, 47th Maintenance Directorate, is awarded the XLer of the Week award by Col. Thomas Murphy, 47th Flying Training Wing commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Ray DeVite, 47th FTW command chief, at Laughlin’s Airfield Maintenance Operations Center Sept. 14.
