Laughlin commanders officially start Air Force Assistance Fund

LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas - -Col. Michael Frankel, 47th Flying Training Wing commander and Chief Master Sgt. Raymond DeVite, 47th Flying Training Wing command chief, sign donation pledge forms for the 2011 Air Force Assistance Fund campaign.
