2010 Laughlin Build-a-Boat Race
LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Staff Sgt. Irma Ortiz, Airman 1st Class Amy Manibusan and Staff Sgt. Ryan Stine, all of the 47th Communications Squadron, compete in the 2010 Laughlin Build-a-Boat Race just before their boat sinks at Friendship Pool here Sept. 2. The CS team was awarded best sinking by the judges. Competitors were given single-ply cardboard and duct tape as supplies to build their boat and allowed to use nothing else.
