Mike Fountain and Senior Airman Oscar Pena, both 47th Flying Training Wing staff, compete in the 2010 Laughlin Build-a-Boat Race just before their boat sinks at Friendship Pool here Sept. 2. LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Second Lt. Purple lights illuminate one of two water towers on Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, Oct. 21, 2015.
