LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – The T-38 Phase Cell Group, of the 47th Maintenance Directorate, poses with Col. Purple lights illuminate one of two water towers on Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas, Oct. 21, 2015.
