Laughlin, local agencies partner for exercise

LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Individuals from various local agencies carry a Laughlin pilot on a stretcher during a mock search and rescue mission Aug. 11 for exercise SCARLETT HAWK 10-05.
