LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Staff Sgt. Nicole Winn, 47th Comptroller Squadron quality assurance manager, is photographed with Staff Sgt. Christopher Alvarez, U.S. Forces- Iraq, and Maj. Gen. Joseph Reynes, director of USF-I Air Component Coordination Element, while deployed in early 2010 to Camp Victory, Iraq.
