Laughlin Airmen visit Camp Eagle
LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Chaplain (Capt.) Kelvin Francis, 47th Flying Training Wing staff, rappels at Camp Eagle, located in the Texas Hill Country on the spring-fed Nueces River, during a weekend getaway sponsored by Laughlin’s base chapel recently.
