Laughlin NCO recieves rare honor

LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Master Sgt. Stephen Keltgen, 47th Maintenance Directorate, poses with fellow members of his squadron after being promoted to the rank of master sergeant through the Air Force’s Stripes for Exceptional Performers program March 17.
