Laughlin NCO recieves rare honor
LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Master Sgt. Stephen Keltgen, 47th Maintenance Directorate, poses with fellow members of his squadron after being promoted to the rank of master sergeant through the Air Force’s Stripes for Exceptional Performers program March 17. Sergeant Keltgen was one of only two individuals from throughout Air Education and Training Command that will be promoted to master sergeant through this program this year.
