2010 Air Force Assistance Fund campaign

LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Laughlin’s leadership takes a moment to do their part in kicking off the 2010 Air Force Assistance Fund campaign by donating to the cause, which runs from March 8 until April 16. The fund assists Airmen in need in a number of different ways through four foundations. In 2009 Laughlin Airmen received $29,274 for emergency assistance. This year’s goal is to surpass $31,037 in donations in order to help more Airmen across the base. To donate, please contact the installation project officers for the fundraiser, Staff Sgt. Diana Vela at 830-298-4487 or Capt. Mitchell Randolph at 830-298-5170. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Blake Mize)
