Spreading Holiday cheer across the border
LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas –A young girl in the Casa de Hogar Manantial de Amor Orphanage, Ciudad Acuña, Mexico smiles during a recent visit from a couple Laughlin members and a group from Ruben Chavira Elementary School recently.
