FORT BRAGG, N.C. -- Army 1st Lt. Dax Burroughs, Team Paktia logistician, assembles his ACH advanced combat helmet. The helmet is based on the latest performance requirements of the U.S. Army for ballistics, impact, retention and other protective upgrades and is also fitted with a night vision goggle mounting plate and includes superior suspension and padding to help reduce traumatic brain injuries most often resulting from IED explosions.
