LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Laughlin well wishers congratulate Col. Mike Minahan, 47th Flying Training Wing commander, after his final flight Nov. 26. Colonel Minahan was recently selected as Executive Officer to U.S. European Command Deputy Commander Vice Admiral Richard Gallagher at USEUCOM Headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany. Col.
