Recognizing his Airmen, Colonel Minahan prepares to PCS to Germany for EUCOM assignment

LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas - Col. Mike Minahan presents the XLer Award to Senior Airman Joel Matthew Rebney, 47th Operations Support Squadron. Colonel Minahan was selected to serve as the Executive Officer to U.S. European Command Deputy Commander Vice Admiral Richard Gallagher at USEUCOM Headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany. Colonel Minahan will be replaced by Col. John W. Doucette, who is currently serving as Vice Commander of the 33d Fighter Wing at Eglin AFB, Fla. (U.S. Air Force photo/Airman Sara Csurilla)
