Laughlin AFB Halloween Parade

Staff Sgt. XXXX carries XXX who is dressed as "Evel Knievel," her favorite character from the stories read during October's Literacy Month celebration. Throughout the month, the children listened to stories and were then asked to come dressed as their favorite character for a parade.
