Exercise off to blazing start

LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Jack Howley, Reserve Deputy and Joe Harrington, Del Rio Fire Department Assistant Chief, hurry towards the emergency vehicles of both Del Rio and Laughlin Fire Departments as they respond to the simulated T-6A II Texan crash scene and extinguished the mock fire within 20 minutes of arrival Oct. 15.
