LOSC hosts fall festival

LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Landon Sutton attempts to lasso a make-believe bull at the rope-toss event as his family and Kara Richie look on in support at the annual fall festival here Oct. 17. The festival was hosted by the Laughlin Officers’ Spouses’ Club, which uses the money raised to assist in causes that benefit the Laughlin and Del Rio communities in a number of ways, including providing scholarships for local high school seniors and military spouses.
