LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Tech Sgt. Samuel Gutierrez, NCO-in charge of weather flight, explains, "Most likely, Laughlin and its mission will not be affected by Hurricane Dean." Hurricane Dean came into the Bay of Campeche August 22 as a category 1 and soon became a category 5 before making landfall in southern Mexico. Dean has kept the Weather Flight on the edge of their seats as the flight monitored its track towards Texas.
