Col. McDaniels signs proclamation

LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Col. Jeff McDaniels, 47th Flying Training Wing commander, signs a proclamation declaring Oct. 4 through Oct. 10 as Fire Prevention Week here Sept. 21. Witnesses include Craig Wilgus, Laughlin Fire Department chief, David Isbell, LFD assistant chief and Sparky the Fire Dog. Fire Prevention Week will include many activities related to preventing fires and injuries caused by fires including a search and rescue challenge Oct. 5.
