LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas—Lt. Col. Jon Counsell, 47th Flying Training Wing plans and programs chief, lines up with other members of the Air Force Cycling Team for the Register’s Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa July 19 through 25. RAGBRAI attracts more than 15,000 cyclists from across the country who pedal from Iowa’s western border to the eastern one.
