LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Col. Mike Minahan, 47th Flying Training Wing commander, relays praise from 19th Air Force commander Maj. Gen. Irving Halter, who visited Laughlin Jan. 10 to 11, to Chaplains (Lt. Col.) Raul Sanchez and (Capt.) Shannon Workman, 47th FTW chapel.
