86th FTS change-of-command
LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Lt. Col. John Cinnamon takes the reigns as commander of the 86th Flying Training Squadron as Col. Martin Schans, 47th Operations Group commander, hands him the guidon during a change-of-command ceremony here June 4. Colonel Cinnamon was previously the director of operations for the 86th FTS.
