National Prayer Luncheon
LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas -- Chaplain (Maj. Gen.) Cecil Richardson, chief of Air Force chaplains, spoke at the National Prayer Luncheon April 2 at Club XL. More than 100 people attended the luncheon, along with a number of local civic leaders.
