LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Col. Dan Laro Clark, 47th Flying Training Wing vice commander, recieves a congratulatory soak down from his daughter Alley and others after his final flight at Laughlin in a T-38 Talon II May 13. Colonel Clark was selected to fill the vice commander position at the 19th Air Force at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. Colonel Clark served more than two years as the vice commander here.
