MWS Day
LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training students explore a B-1B Lancer during Major Weapons Systems Day here Jan. 6. The MWS Day was held to provide Laughlin’s SUPT students an opportunity to look at and get a feel for some of the Air Force’s aircraft they may fly after graduating from Laughlin, such as a KC-135 Stratotanker, C-17 Globe Master III, B-1B Lancer and F-15E Strike Eagle. The MWS day also gave students an opportunity to attend briefings from aircrew to help them and their families obtain a better understanding of the operational Air Force.
