LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Javier Cardenas, enlisted dorm manager with the 47th Civil Engineer Squadron, walks along the third floor balcony of building 256 during quarterly dormitory room inspections April 1. Cardenas was recently appointed to the dorm manager after spending five years in the housing division.
