Project Ride Along
LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas – Senior Airman Ricky Leiztel, 47th Security Forces Squadron, radios into guards at the main gate Feb. 19 during a routine patrol Feb. 19. Security Forces personnel are the Air Force's first line of defense and it is their job to maintain the rule of law on all Air Force bases and installations. Security Forces personnel at Laughlin perform tasks such as base perimeter checks and are responsible for ensuring the safety of all base weapons, property and personnel.
