American, Mexican commanders celebrate treaty anniversary
LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas—Col. John Doucette, 47th Flying Training Wing commander, and Brigadere General Ramon Isidro Ortega Cardoso Salinas, Mexican Army garrison commander, participate in the 48th annual Abrazo ceremony held on Amistad Dam’s Port of Entry recently.
