General Seip
LAUGHLIN AIR FORCE BASE, Texas-- Lt. Gen. Norman R. Seip, 12th Air Force (Air Force Southern) commander, briefs Laughlin leadership at the Fellowship Hall here Aug. 14. During General Seip’s briefing, unit commanders learned about leadership roles and principles and had the opportunity to ask questions about the future of the Air Force.
